What it means

A grayscale anime-style face is shown behind a phone lock-screen notification from an unknown number claiming to be the UK government. The joke is the absurdly misspelled scam message demanding £1500 in iTunes gift cards, parodying obvious government impersonation scams. It is sent as a reaction to ridiculous scams or suspicious messages.
