Mobilisation Left the Country
How is mobilisation going? 250000 men Left the Country
Vladimir Putin asks how mobilisation is going, and the military officials answer that 250,000 men have left the country. The joke refers to Russian mobilisation and emigration, portraying the officials as admitting that the mobilised men escaped abroad instead of serving. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to news or discussions about mobilisation and military policy.
