Go Touch Grass Tick

Text on the meme

EVERYONE TWEET wow dude!, go touch grass...

What it means

A large tick sprawls across a social media post that tells someone, “wow dude!, go touch grass...” The joke literalizes the insult by showing a parasite physically covering the tweet, turning “touch grass” into an absurd insect-themed reaction.
