EN: A black-and-white cat outdoors reaches toward a faucet on a decorative public water post and tries to open it with its paw. The joke is that the cat behaves like a person, getting water by itself; people send this clip as a reaction to independence, persistence, or thirst. The audio is centered on the cat and the outdoor setting, reinforcing the playful animal-focused gag.
