What it means

A store shelf labeled “Casual” is filled with PlayStation 3 copies of the notoriously difficult Dark Souls games, alongside South Park: The Stick of Truth. The joke is that Dark Souls is the opposite of casual gaming, so the shelf label creates an ironic mismatch. It is used as a reaction to mock something extremely difficult being presented as easy or relaxed.
