Romanian Electricians at Work

Text on the meme

ROMANIAN ELECTRICIANS

What it means

A CCTV-style video shows several people entering and disappearing around an electrical panel in a stairwell, with one woman falling backward on the stairs before the door closes and the area is empty again. The joke is the absurd implication that Romanian electricians are mysteriously hidden inside the electrical system, while upbeat music turns the chaotic footage into a comedic montage.
