What it means

A countdown promises to reveal “sexy boobs,” but when it reaches the end, the clip cuts to a blurry close-up of a primate with the caption “pranked!!!” The joke is a bait-and-switch reaction used to tease someone expecting adult content and then reveal they were fooled.
