McDonald’s Employees Hear the Alarm

Text on the meme

McDonald’s employees listening to this sound throughout their 12 hour shift

What it means

A group of performers in white outfits dance energetically outdoors around microphones and speakers while an alarm-like sound repeats. The joke imagines McDonald’s employees being forced to hear the same irritating alarm throughout a twelve-hour shift, turning the performers’ frantic movements into an exaggerated reaction to workplace repetition.
