A shirtless man takes mirror selfies over 194 days, but instead of becoming more muscular, he gradually appears less fit. The joke uses a fake fitness-progress collage to parody spending 194 days using Ableton, implying that music production has replaced exercise. It is sent as a reaction to excessive dedication to making music or neglecting physical fitness.
