Does Anyone Speak Cat?

I don't know what he thinks I'm saying but I was watching the TV and I said "Geezus" and he does that every time and I said, "Gingie." See he doesn't even respond to his own name. Gingie... Geezus... does anyone here speak "cat"? I need to know what this is about.
