Lunch While the House Is on Fire

LUNCH THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE!!!!!

What it means

An anime-style girl sits calmly in a kitchen while the house is engulfed in flames, explosions, smoke, and flying debris. Another character looks horrified, while a cup of instant noodles sits in front. The joke is the absurd contrast between casually thinking about lunch and the obvious emergency happening around them, making it useful as an exaggerated reaction to ignoring a crisis.
