A small fluffy dog lies completely flat on the pavement while its owner holds the leash and tries to move it through a busy Manhattan intersection. The dog’s exaggerated refusal to walk is the joke, making the clip useful as a reaction to being stubborn, exhausted, or unwilling to go somewhere.
