What it means

EN: A short animated clip from Batman: The Animated Series: the Joker mugs beside a stern Batman, then the scene cuts to a swarm of grotesquely grinning fish and the Joker holding a fish with a clown-like face. The calm, melancholic Aphex Twin track “#19” contrasts with the grotesque madness, turning the deliberately chaotic imagery into an absurd reaction to a strange or surreal situation.
