Cockroach Notices Military Ads

Text on the meme

When I start to notice an increase of army and navy adverts online.

What it means

A close-up cockroach is superimposed over military-themed imagery and online army and navy advertisements. The joke is that the insect notices targeted military recruitment ads appearing online and reacts with uneasy suspicion, as if it has been drafted or is being watched.
