Are you two Polish? Tak Tak
A woman asks two Starfleet officers whether they are Polish, and both answer “Tak,” the Polish word for “yes.” The joke comes from the absurdly simple confirmation and the Polish and Indonesian flags being used as visual misdirection; it is sent as a reaction to questions with an obvious or synchronized “yes” answer.
