What it means

A hand-drawn educational-style chart shows animals with misleading names, including an electric eel, mountain goat, maned wolf, king cobra, peacock mantis shrimp, horny toad, mayfly, and eastern kingbird. Each animal is paired with a correction explaining that it is not what its name suggests, with jokes about snakes being self-governing, the horny toad being only a bunch of you as a friend, and the eastern kingbird’s authority being ignored. The meme is used as an absurd reaction to misleading names, labels, or situations where something is not what it claims to be.
