French Dogs Have Frenchness

In France for work. Obviously I knew there would be lots of people with dogs. What I was not prepared for is that the dogs seem aware they are French Please explain 🤣 There is a Frenchness to them

A screenshot of a Twitter exchange about dogs in France. The joke is that the dogs appear to have a distinctly French personality or attitude, as if they know they are French; it is used as an absurd reaction to animals seeming unusually characteristic of their culture.
