Space Whalers on the Moon

We're whalers on the moon. We carry a harpoon. For they ain't no whales, so we tell tall tales. And sing our whaling tune.

Armored space explorers walk across the moon carrying harpoons and surrounded by lunar scenery. The joke is a playful parody of a sea-shanty premise, absurdly imagining whalers hunting whales on the moon and telling tall tales when no whales exist. It is used as a surreal reaction to an impossible or nonsensical situation.
