The Tiger Takes the Feast

Text on the meme

In the savannah, this elephant carcass is a treasure many scavengers covet. But the meal is cut short. As a wild Tiger came to challenge the feast, Hyenas are no match for the Tiger and prefer to leave, with half-full belly. Up in the sky, the Messerschmitts will have to wait.

What it means

Hyenas feed on an elephant carcass in the savannah, but their meal is interrupted by a German Tiger tank, forcing them to retreat. The final panel shows Messerschmitt aircraft waiting overhead, humorously escalating the animal names into World War II military equipment. It is used as an absurd reaction to overwhelming force or an unexpectedly dangerous situation.
