Impossible to Look Up
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO LOOK UP WHILE STICKING YOUR TONGUE OUT.
A cartoon-like character in a conical hat sticks out an oversized tongue while staring forward. The joke is the absurd claim that sticking out your tongue makes it impossible to look up, making the clip useful as a silly reaction to pointless facts or awkward behavior. Background music reinforces the deliberately goofy mood. EN: A cartoon-like character in a conical hat sticks out an oversized tongue while staring forward.
