Dog Learns to Barter

Here's a training failure post to give you a laugh. 😅 I taught Aria "trade me" for times when she steals things she isn't supposed to (shoes, towels, pillows, ect). At first I would trade her with a cookie, but I'm trying to limit the cookies so I started switching it up and giving her ice. It was going so well. Whenever she heard the words "trade me" she dropped whatever she had. Wellllll, now she's started stealing things on purpose and going to stand by the fridge with them. I guess I taught her how to barter. 🤭
