Natural vs Un-natural Posture

Natural Un-natural Saddam Hussein

What it means

An anatomical illustration compares a natural mouse-like hand and wrist posture with an unnatural bent posture. The joke labels the abnormal red shape as “Saddam Hussein,” referencing the former Iraqi dictator’s distinctive appearance and turning a medical diagram into absurd visual wordplay. It is used as a reaction to something awkward, twisted, or unnaturally shaped.
