What it means

A fake bank card displays the threatening message “THIS IS A ROBBERY / I HAVE A GUN / EMPTY YOUR REGISTER” alongside deliberately unfinished card details. The joke is that the robbery threat is printed directly on a payment card, making it a silly absurd reaction image for joking about demanding money.
