Kitty Speaks Tower of Babel

Text on the meme

Kitty says something to me but I don't understand her

What it means

A gray cat wearing a yellow construction helmet is composited in front of Pieter Bruegel’s Tower of Babel. The joke is that the cat seems to be speaking, but its language is incomprehensible, echoing the biblical story of Babel and the confusion caused by different languages.
