New York Isn't Real
New York isn't real. Just saw 2 women kissing on a crowded train and a guy looked at em and said "y'all can't do that at home?" He got some weird looks and so he felt the need to clarify to everyone: "I'm not a homophobe, just a hater."
A screenshot of a social media post jokes about a man seeing two women kissing on a crowded train and objecting to it. After receiving disapproving looks, he clarifies that he is not homophobic—he simply hates the behavior, making the punchline an intentionally absurd distinction. It is used as a reaction to mock someone who tries to reframe obvious prejudice as a personal preference.
