What it means

Gordon Ramsay reacts in a duet to a bizarre burger video where a huge frozen-looking meat patty is pressed and cooked with ice. His shocked expression cuts into a montage of increasingly stunned, grimacing, and drinking reaction shots, turning the questionable cooking idea into an absurd disgust reaction. The dramatic mood is amplified by $uicideboy$’s dark emo-rap/trap song “...And to Those I Love, Thanks for Sticking Around,” whose melancholic intensity makes the food reaction feel comically catastrophic.
