A screenshot shows a Welsh emergency alert test on an iPhone, with a large English explanation above it. The Welsh notification looks alarming because the phone displays unfamiliar text, while the English translation is cut off by the large font. It is shared as a reaction to confusing alerts, language mix-ups, or situations that look much more serious than they are.
