Robot Eats Organisms for Fuel

Text on the meme

The military made a robot that can eat organisms for fuel "We completely understand the public's concern about futuristic robots feeding on the human population, but that is not our mission," is a sentence no one should ever have to say. That was Harry Schoell, CEO of one of the companies making this robot, after a panic-filled scientific world started rumors of corpse-eating

What it means

A military-style robot is shown dragging what appears to be a human body across the ground while a caption claims it can eat organisms for fuel. The joke is the absurdly reassuring statement that the robot is not intended to feed on people, making the situation sound even more horrifying. It is used as a dark reaction meme about frightening technology and suspicious official explanations.
