ADHD Gift Bought Fortnight Ago

Text on the meme

People talk about the negatives of ADHD, but I just received a gift I bought myself a fortnight ago and it was a lovely surprise.

What it means

A screenshot of a tweet joking about ADHD-related forgetfulness: someone receives a gift they bought for themselves two weeks earlier and experiences it as a surprise. The punchline is that forgetting the purchase turns ordinary delayed delivery into an unexpected present.
