Writing on the Vein
COOL CASTLE E1 1C ESSENTIAL
A close-up shows a person drawing on their forearm with a pen while an IV line is taped around the wrist. The joke is the absurd resemblance to casually writing directly on a vein during medical treatment, making it suitable as a reaction to reckless or bizarre behavior.
