What it means

A two-panel cartoon compares the Unix landscape in 1991 with 2021. In 1991, several Unix variants walk together while Linux follows behind; in 2021, the other systems are represented by gravestones and Linux remains standing in a cemetery. The joke highlights Linux’s longevity and survival while many competing Unix systems faded away. EN: A two-panel cartoon compares the Unix landscape in 1991 with 2021.
