Dad Says Family, Math Says Otherwise
Dad can you help me with my homework please... Family. No Dad it's not family Dad it's maths You don't turn your back on family
A child asks his tattooed father for help with homework, but the father responds with Vin Diesel’s intense “family” persona from the Fast & Furious films. When the child clarifies that the homework is maths, the dramatic close-ups and solemn delivery turn a normal school question into an absurd family-loyalty ultimatum. Secession Studios’ “Lucifer’s Waltz,” with its dark cinematic orchestral mood, makes the exchange feel comically epic and threatening, like a solemn mafia oath. The clip works as a reaction to someone treating an ordinary problem with wildly disproportionate seriousness.
