What it means

A muscular shirtless man flexes while the caption describes opening Telegram, ignoring direct messages, posting something funny, and immediately leaving. The joke mocks people who use messaging apps only to broadcast jokes instead of replying to private messages, making it a reaction to ignoring DMs or being socially unavailable.
