What it means

EN: Three Shiba Inu dogs stick their heads through small openings in a concrete wall. Another Shiba Inu sits in front of them, while a sign above says, “Please do not give them food.” The contrast between the begging dogs and the warning sign makes the image funny, so it is used as a reaction to situations involving temptation or begging.
