A collage shows repeated video thumbnails of an older man, with every video titled “I was diagnosed with alzheimer” and different view counts and upload times. The joke is that the man keeps making the same announcement as if he has forgotten that he already made it, turning Alzheimer’s disease into an intentionally dark repetition gag. It is used as a reaction to forgetting something, repeating oneself, or seeing the same post again.
