A golden dog sits in the back seat of a car, turns toward the camera, and smiles while presumably licking its owner's face. The joke is the dog switching from grooming its own genitals to enthusiastically licking the owner, making the affection hilariously disgusting. It is sent as an absurd reaction to overly affectionate or unhygienic behavior.
