What it means

A four-panel photo sequence shows vehicles and a boat sliding into a harbor while bank labels such as UBS, Credit Suisse, and Global Banking are placed over the scene. The joke compares the chaotic sinking vehicles to the collapse and instability of the banking system, making it useful as a reaction to financial crises, bank failures, or economic panic.
