Warning Sign at the Stairs
Everyone kept hitting their heads as they walked down the stairs. Now there's a warning sign.
A stairwell has a low ceiling that people keep hitting their heads on, with a framed picture placed above the stairs as a supposed warning sign. The joke is that the picture is completely useless as a warning because it does not actually explain or prevent the hazard, making it a dry reaction to poorly designed safety measures.
