Memes Feed My Mental Health
ME MEMES DEPRESSION ANXIETY LACK OF CONFIDENCE MY MENTAL HEALTH
An anime-style girl labeled “ME” feeds a bowl labeled “MY MENTAL HEALTH” with “MEMES,” while depression, anxiety, and lack of confidence are shown as the ingredients. The joke is that memes are used as emotional support and a coping mechanism for mental health struggles, often shared as a self-deprecating reaction.
