The gotdam pot of silly noises

What it means

A person films a large empty metal pot on the floor of a store, slowly moving closer while a black shoe remains in view. The joke is that the ordinary pot is treated as if it mysteriously produces silly noises, making the clip a playful reaction to an annoying or absurd sound.
