Jeffrey Database Schema Rejection

Text on the meme

I- What does this even mean Hello Jeffrey, Unfortunately due to company policy, we are unable to offer positions to people with the name Jeffrey since it will not work with our database schema

What it means

A screenshot shows a confused reaction above an email rejecting Jeffrey from job positions because the name supposedly will not work with the company’s database schema. The joke is absurd corporate reasoning that treats a person’s name as a technical database incompatibility, making the rejection nonsensical.
