Lego Job Interview Recruiting
why did you choose our company? because you are recruiting what can you bring to the company? a new employee
A Lego-style job interview shows a recruiter asking why the candidate chose the company and what they can bring to it. The candidate answers literally: they applied because the company is recruiting and can bring a new employee, making the exchange absurdly obvious. This meme is used as a reaction to literal, unhelpful, or overly obvious answers.
