Stone Island x

EN: The image shows a municipal utility worker’s jacket with a Stone Island patch and the text “State Budgetary Institution Zhilishchnik of Beskudnikovsky District,” listed on Avito for 4,000 rubles. The joke is the absurd combination of the expensive streetwear brand Stone Island with municipal workwear; this meme is used to joke about utility workers unexpectedly having luxury streetwear style.
