Transparent Purple Webcam Covers

Text on the meme

@NSAGov, the webcam covers you're giving out have an interesting defect: the purple ones are transparent. 🤔 National Security Agency

What it means

A tweet shows a purple webcam image beside a purple webcam cover labeled National Security Agency, followed by a reply showing the same purple view beside a supposedly opaque cover that reveals a person and room behind it. The joke suggests that surveillance webcam covers distributed by the NSA are defective and transparent. It is used as a sarcastic reaction about government surveillance and privacy failures.
