Culture War Trauma Suspicion

Text on the meme

I find myself suspecting actual women of being trans now. It's like culture war trauma or something. I actually had to pause this movie and look this actress up to make sure she was actually female.

What it means

A social media post shows a close-up comparison of two women, followed by a surreal cartoon scene with duplicated characters staring at a tiny figure. The joke is about becoming so suspicious of gender-related discourse after prolonged culture-war arguments that even an ordinary actress seems potentially transgender, creating an exaggerated paranoid reaction image.
