A dense, brightly colored parody infographic presents OSPF routing protocol concepts as an authoritarian political system, with elections, fascism, passive interfaces, neighbor states, LSAs, timers, and router IDs. The joke is that OSPF configuration and adjacency rules feel excessively bureaucratic and coercive, so the image is shared by network engineers reacting to frustrating routing behavior or comparing OSPF with BGP.
