Graphic Designer With No Design Skills

I got hired as a graphic designer and have no idea how to do anything with graphic design I'm honestly surprised they didn't ask me in depth questions about software or design or whatever in the interview. I'm fairly charismatic and I guess charmed them into hiring me, but I've never done graphic design in my life. Each time I get an assignment I just go on Fivver and pay someone $10-$30 to do my assignment which I make in an hour at my job, then just browse Reddit all day. I figured out how to erase stuff on their design program and at the start of my day I just erase parts of the finalized Fiverr product so it looks like I'm working on it, then just press undo every so often so it looks like I'm making progress. I feel kinda bad but they like the final products that someone else does and I take credit for and I'm getting paid so I guess no harm?
