Main Thread Waiting to Update

Text on the meme

My main thread waiting to update the app screen, while my main thread is doing the network requests

What it means

A four-panel collage of Kermit the Frog fishing, sitting on a rock, climbing by a waterfront, and looking out through a rainy window. The joke describes a software app where the main thread is busy performing network requests while another part waits for the screen to update, humorously portraying the thread as distracted and idle.
