What it means

A mock professional biography lists an absurdly overqualified career in AI, data science, and theoretical physics, ending with Russian special forces service and a military medal from the Second Chechen War. The joke is the implausible combination of elite tech credentials, long academic history, and military experience packed into one résumé-style profile. It is used as a reaction to someone presenting an exaggerated or suspiciously impressive background.
