What it means

A two-panel gaming meme shows PC gamers, mobile gamers, and console gamers united in an exaggerated muscular handshake, while a second panel shows PC gamers washing their hands with soap. The joke portrays PC gamers as smugly declaring themselves superior and “clean” compared with other gaming communities, making it a reaction to platform wars and gaming elitism.
